Do my clients need a LanceKit account to see their project?
No. When you create a project in L/Flow, the system generates a unique tracking link. You simply share this link with your client. They can view the progress instantly without needing to sign up or log in (or even text or call you).
Can I password-protect my client's tracking page?
Absolutely. For sensitive projects, you can easily enable password protection in your project settings. Your client will need to enter the specific password you provide to view the project timeline.
Can I reorganize the project steps after creating them?
Yes. You can easily drag and drop project stages to reorder them, edit titles, add detailed descriptions, and mark stages as "Pending", "Current Stage", or "Completed".
